Shape what The Color Tools feels like to use, end to end. The product is design-tool-shaped — every interaction is craft-sensitive. You'll be the second designer (after a founder) and own significant scope from day one.
What you'll do
- Design new product surfaces (workspace, brand kits, AI flows)
- Own the design system that lives behind the marketing site and product
- Run user research with packaging designers, brand designers, and engineers
- Advocate for the brand voice
What you bring
- 6+ years designing complex product surfaces (design tools, dev tools, productivity)
- Comfortable shipping in code (Tailwind / React) when needed
- Strong typographic eye
