Set up two-factor authentication
TOTP via any authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator).

- Open /settings/security → "Two-factor authentication"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm
- Save the backup codes — you'll need them if you lose your phone
TOTP only for now. SMS 2FA isn't supported (it's less secure). Hardware-key support is on the roadmap.
