- DPA: countersigned copy at /dpa — download, fill in your company info, send back to legal@thecolortools.com
- Sub-processor list: /security/sub-processors. Updated whenever a new vendor is added (we email 30 days in advance).
- Right to access / port / delete: from /settings/general → "Export my data" or "Delete account."
