What is the generative gradients?

Generative gradients are animated, GPU-rendered gradient backgrounds produced from a palette and a seed, exportable as video loops, image sequences or an embeddable WebGL snippet.

Animated gradient backgrounds without a video file

Choose a palette, a motion style (drift, aurora, liquid) and a speed. The gradient renders in WebGL in the browser, so the export can be a lightweight shader snippet rather than a heavy MP4. For places that need a file, export a seamless loop as WebM or a PNG sequence at any resolution.

Generative Gradients FAQ

Can I use a generative gradient as a website background?

Yes. The embed snippet is a small canvas plus a shader that runs on the GPU; it costs far less than a looping video.

Can I export the animation as a video?

Yes, as a seamless WebM loop or a PNG image sequence.
