I see a charge I don't recognize

Charges from The Color Tools appear as either "The Color Tools" or "THECOLORTOOLS.COM" on your statement.

Possible explanations:

• Someone in your household / team signed up using your card
• You started a free trial that converted to paid
• An old card on file was charged for a renewal you forgot

Sign into /settings/billing to see every charge with date + amount + invoice. If anything is still unaccounted for, email support@thecolortools.com — we always refund unrecognized charges and investigate fraud.
