My ASE / ACO export is empty

Known triggers:

• Safari + private mode — the download silently fails. Switch to a non-private window or use Chrome.
• Special characters in palette name — emoji or non-Latin characters can break the swatch header. Rename to plain ASCII and re-export.
• Pro features in a free-plan palette — Pantone tags require Pro. The ASE will fall back to RGB-only — not actually empty, but the Pantone metadata won't be there.

If none of the above match, email support@thecolortools.com with the failing .ase file attached. We'll diagnose within 24 hours.
